Warranty

Dolores USA LLC provides a one (1) year limited warranty on defects in material and craftsmanship. The client's sole and exclusive remedy, and Dolores USA LLC's sole and exclusive responsibility under this warranty will be, at Dolores USA LLC's option, either to repair or replace the defective product during the one (1) year limited warranty period so that it performs substantially in accordance with the accompanying documentation on the date of the initial purchase.
 
Any replacement may be, at the option of Dolores USA LLC, a new or re-manufactured product. If Dolores USA LLC, in its sole discretion, determines it is not reasonable to replace the defective product, Dolores USA LLC may refund the client the original purchase price.
 
The foregoing warranty is limited and is not applicable to: a) normal wear and tear; b) defects or damage caused by misuse, accident, neglect, abuse, unusual stress, modification, improper or unauthorised repair, improper storage; and c) bespoke or personalised items. To obtain warranty services for any product the client is asked to follow the steps outlined under “SHIPPING AND RETURNS” section. The limited warranty extends only to the client and is not assignable or transferable to any subsequent purchaser of a product. The limited warranty is provided in lieu of all other warranties and Dolores USA LLC hereby disclaims all other warranties of any kind. Dolores USA LLC does not warrant that the product is error free.
 
In no event will Dolores USA LLC be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages of any nature whatsoever including but not limited to loss of profits or revenues, loss of data, loss of use of the product or any associated equipment, the cost of any replacement goods or substitute equipment, loss of use during the period that the product is being repaired, claims of any third parties, or any other damages arising from Dolores USA LLC's breach of this limited warranty or the use of the product, regardless of the form of action whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal or equitable theory, even if Dolores USA LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event will Dolores USA LLC's total cumulative liability exceed the price paid by the client for the product. Some countries or states may not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

DOLORES X KOKIYAJ

Dolores hosted an intimate shopping experience celebrating the launch of the KOKIYAJ collection by creative entrepreneurs Amiraa Vainqueur and Adore Adorn. During the event guests has a chance to meet the designers, and enjoyed an afternoon of shopping, cocktails and conversations.

PALM HEIGHTS X GOHAR WORLD

Palm Heights and Gohar World collaborated on an 11-piece homeware and accessories collection, exclusively available at Dolores. The collection introduces Arabesque Glassware, custom-made in Egypt with Galerie Alef and ideal for beachside cocktails, Seashell Trinket Boxes, and Gohar World’s beloved Chicken Foot Pearl Host Necklace which was re-strung to include seashells for a tropical touch. The collaboration was celebrated with an intimate dinner by the beach. Guests used the intricate tableware which was part of the collection and wore the signature necklaces.

DOLORES X CHRISTOPHER JOHN ROGERS

Christopher John Rogers and Palm Heights collaborated on a signature beach sarong, available exclusively at Dolores. The gradient print sarong is fashioned in Italy from cotton and silk fibers. To celebrate the collaboration Christopher John Rogers and Dolores teamed up to host a vibrant weekend of dinners, in shop cocktails and dancing.

DOLORES X DIOTIMA

Dolores launched its new space by celebrating with Diotima and their collection which had just arrived in store. As one of the featured brands at Dolores, Diotima is designed and crafted between Jamaica and New York and focuses on supporting and amplifying artisanal communities in Jamaica is one of the featured regional brands at Dolores.
